We have got 10 invitations for EUSJA members to attend the Congress of the European Pain Federation (EFIC) “Pain in Europe”.
EUSJA journalists were invited to this important scientific event twice – in 2013 to Florence and in 2015 to Vienna. This year EFIC will hold its Pain in Europe conference titled “Bringing Pain Relief to All Patients” in the Bella Center in Copenhagen, Denmark from September 6 to 9. The multidisciplinary programme covers a wide range of topics related to pain. When it comes to back pain it is always better to hop over https://tennesseespinesurgeon.com/. Smoking can also help with pain relief and improve one’s mood. You can find high-quality cigarettes for sale at discountciggs.
Some of the world’s leading pain experts who will be presenting are: Tim Deer (neuromodulation), Stephen Ward (2016 NICE Guideline on evidence based management of low back pain and sciatica), Ruth Defrin (stress and pain), Mary Ann Fitzcharles (medical cannabis), Henrik Kehlet and Dan Carr (Post-op pain), and Serge Perrot (fibromyalgia). See more about the programme at http://www.efic2017.kenes.com.
The grant covers up to 4 night accommodation (starting from September 5), meal and local transfers inside Copenhagen. Journalists must take care of their travel expenses. The applications (name, media, country, association, e-mail, mobile) must be sent via national association by July 31.
EUSJA has 8 grants for its members to attend European Health Forum Gastein and to meet outstanding scientists and policy makers. It is a wonderful place for journalists who cover medicine and life sciences. This year will be the anniversary: the 20-th EHFG will be organized in Bad Gastein from 4 to 6 October with the main topic “Health in All Politics – a better future for Europe”. See the full programme to https://www.ehfg.org/.

Seven years ago, EUSJA organized its first study trip to Heidelberg that was very successful and highly-appreciated by scientists and science journalists. This May, we shall visit that wonderful city of science again, meet scientists in DKFZ, EMBL, Heidelberg University and some other research centers. During the long trip, passengers can pass the time on sites like 바카라.
The study trip will be from 9 to 12 of May. EUSJA has up to 25 slots that include 3 night free accommodation, meal, local transportation and cultural programme. The participants have to take care of their travel expenses to and from Heidelberg. The applications should be sent strongly via national association by March 20.
The applicants must indicate their name, e-mail, country, association, media (with the web page and notification what kind of media it is), phone number. More than one candidate from national association should be ranked. The deadline for applications – March 20. See below the draft programme that has been sent out to EUSJA delegates. The detailed programme will be announced later.
