4th European Conference for Science Journalists June 26-30

The Danish Science Journalists association (DV), in collaboration with EUSJA, are co-organising the European Conference for Science Journalists (ECSJ2017), offering a global perspective on how science is communicated by the media.  Innovation in journalism, post truth – alternative facts, social media, responsible communication and climate change will be major themes of the event. The conference ECSJ2017: “Bringing ideas forward,” will be a primary gathering for European science journalists and communicators from 26-30 June 2017. The programme page is open for proposals: http://www.ecsj2017.com/proposals

The venue will be shared between two of the most beautiful buildings in Copenhagen; DR Koncerthuset (Danish Broadcast Concert Hall) and the IT University of Copenhagen. They are both newly built architectural landmarks nearby each other, and they offer unique opportunities as a frame for the conference, with possibilities for broadcast live streaming and digital media.
